Description
Obverse head to the right, TI(berius) CAESAR DIVI AVG(ustus) F(ilius) AVGVSTVS.
Reverse PONTIF(ex) MAXI(mus), Livia (Mother of Augustus) as “Pax” sitting to the right, with long scepter and olive branch.
Aureus, gold, Diameter 18 mm, minted in Lugdunum (Lyon) around 15-18 AD.
The replica is made of silver and plated with a very thick layer of gold, which is 10 microns.
