Description
“Alesia” type brooch. This type was widespread throughout Gaul in the 1st century BC and arguably the forerunner of the Roman Aucissa Brooch. Original from the Toulouse region, bronze, length 6.4 cm. As in the original, the fibula consists of 5 individual parts.
With solid original pin made of spring hard bronze.
