Denarius C. Iulius Caesar. Obverse priestly attributes: apex, securis, aspergillum, simpulum.

Reverse CAESAR, elephant to the right, crushing the Gallic war trumpet (carnyx) lying on the ground.

Denarius, silver, diameter 18 mm, struck 49/48 BC in Gaul. Replica in silver.
