Reverse CO(n)S(ulis) IIII . Two hands in a handshake (dextrarum iunctio) hold a winged staff of Mercury (caduceus) and two ears of grain.

Denarius, silver, diameter 17 mm, minted in Rome between 145 and 161 AD.
