Roman brooch in ax shape, end 2nd to mid 3rd century AD. The ax is probably associated with the cult of Jupiter Dolichenus, which was widespread in the empire at the time. Original bronze tinned, private collection. Heigth 4,6 cm. With strong pin made of spring hard bronze.
