Description

Fittings of a military belt from the 2nd half of the 2nd century AD and the 1st half of the 3rd century AD. Find from the Upper Germanic Limes, private property. Length of the buckle 9.8 cm, for a belt width of 2.8 cm. The set consists of 4 parts: The buckle, 2 fittings and the end piece. Original brass tin-plated. Two end hangers such as No. 0568, No. 0131 or No. 0336 fit well with this. Matching rivets are included. Upon request, more fittings are possible for an additional charge.
