Belt plate for a military belt, mid 1st century AD. The plate, partially damaged by corrosion, comes from the Magdalensberg in Kärnten, Austria; the original brass plate was tinned. Total heigth 6 cm, width 6,4 cm. Matching buckle no. 0488.
