Description

Obverse bust of Magnentius to the right. IM(perator) CAE(sar) MAGNENTIVS AVG(ustus)

Reverse VIRTVS EXERCITI, standing, helmeted soldier, looking to the right. In his right hand he holds a spear, his left hand rests on a shield. Among them is the TR coin stamp for Augusta Treverorum (Trier).

Siliqua, silver, diameter 20 mm, minted in Trier in 350/353 AD.
